Job Description:
Director of Marketing to lead and direct a large, nationally based team for acquisition of donors. This ministry centers on developing impoverished children suffering from hunger and diseases worldwide.

Duties include:
* Developing short, interim and long-range goals and exploring new donor recruitment and acquisitions strategies
* Directing strategic and operational planning of development by coordinating and integrating plans with other functions in the ministry
* Full P&L and budget responsibilities for budget of $13-15 million
* Acting as a key leader on divisional leadership team focusing on meeting the ministry's goals for net growth of various development programs
* Creating church engagement strategy
* Acting as an international advocate for children by raising awareness of the needs, neglect, nurture, and potential of impoverished children
* Developing, motivating and managing a highly effective team
* Identifying key result indicators and developing plans to accomplish goals
* Representing donor recruitment and acquisition concerns to various committees and other areas of the ministry as needed

Qualification and Experience Requirements:

* Has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Christ
* Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to this ministry and a passion for sharing this ministry and deepening other's commitment to releasing impoverished children
* Demonstrated leadership, management and communication experience that is characterized by integrity and honesty with an ability to speak the truth in love
* Seasoned direct response and event marketing and sales expertise normally gained by an advanced degree in marketing, communications or a related area and at least seven years of relevant experience
* A background in church relations is beneficial
* Strong analytical skills, proven strategic management and business experience
* Cross-cultural skills and international experience are desired
