: Work with school board, teachers and staff to provide a quality Christian worldview academic program. Maintain and implement Boards vision. Provides administrative leadership for Firm Foundation Christian School (FFCS). The Administrator is responsible for developing and maintaining excellence in all areas of operation including curriculum, facilities and activities. Administrator must exhibit excellent organizational and relational skills with faculty, staff, students, parents and community.

The administrator shall be a born-again believer, college graduate, certified or certifiable, who feels called of God to the Christian School Administration profession. Minimum qualifications include a Masters Degree (preferred) or BA in Education or related relevant degree, along with 5 years teaching and/or 5 years administration (preference for at least 1 year in private school). Other qualifications may be added by the school board as deemed appropriate. Other experiences may be considered upon approval of the board.
