Director of Marketing and Donor Development

This position requires a Bachelors Degree and 5+ years successful management of Marketing/Donor Relations and Development programs with a proven ability to develop and meet program goals. The candidate will be self motivated and interested in working in a fast-paced environment that requires flexible roles and a strategic perspective.

Plans and directs Marketing and Donor Relations/Development activities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors:

Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on marketing/development opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity. Oversees and evaluates market research and data, adjusting activity to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Monitors competitive situations and new concepts, providing feedback to stakeholders.
Develops annual plans and related activities in support of organization goals and objectives and for developing annual goal setting and Donor Relationship plans, goals and objectives and directing related activities.
Provide professional guidance and leadership in identifying and executing strategies that are most likely to be achieved through private philanthropy.

The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and experience with the development of systems and project management. The candidate must be self motivated and interested in working in a fast-paced, Evangelical Christian environment that requires flexible roles and strategic perspective.
