Best Christian Workplaces Institute (BCWI) is a growing on-line employee surveyor, publisher of best practices and organizational development consulting firm serving Christian organizations. This position is key to achieving our vision that Christian workplaces are the best, most effective in the world. As part of our team, you will interface with larger churches, universities, parachurch ministries, book publishers, schools and product and service organizations across the United States and Canada.
This position leads best practice research projects through all stages: concept formulation, definition of variables and metrics, determination of statistical methodology, data collection, research, evaluation and producing a report to be published. Build on your existing knowledge of human resources, organizational development, leadership, strategy and knowledge management within a Christian worldview
Conduct research on best practices in Christian organizations
Develop, administer and analyze client benchmark surveys
Manipulates and analyzes survey and operational data
Arranges and participates in interviews with executives
Analyzes employee survey and organizational effectiveness data
Develops compelling PowerPoint presentations for speeches, publications and client presentations
Writes, edits and contributes to best practice publications
Publishes content for Christian journals and magazines
Participates on project teams relating to support of clients, communication/marketing and publishing operations
The candidate can expect client exposure, significant project responsibilities, and opportunities for project management and business development in an entrepreneurial environment. Bachelors or Masters degree in Organizational Development/Psychology, Business, Business journalism or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 2+ years of business work experience. Experience in human resources strategy is helpful.
