We are recruiting a Customer Service Representative who wants to leave a legacy with one of our remarkable companies. This person would be responsible for handling warranty claims in an assigned community. This person needs to love people and have a passion for solving problems with a team. This position works directly with customers, subcontractors, and various vendors.

Major Responsibilities: 

  • Ability to make scheduled visits with customers each day to diagnose various homeowner issues 

  • Communicate with customers in a way that makes them feel valued and taken care of 

  • Work with subcontractors and various vendors to resolve issues that customers are 

    dealing with 

  • Create work orders and make sure that they are completed correctly and accurately 

  • Ability to close a percentage of work orders every month in a timely and efficient manner 

Core Competencies/Skills Needed: 

  • Strong People Skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office Experience
  • Knowledge of Residential Homes is preferred but not required  
  • Must be very schedule and detail oriented
  • Ability to relate to subcontractors and vendors 
  • Ability to schedule and follow through on all work orders in a timely manner

Base + Bonus: $40,000-$46,000 total compensation
