Executive Director

Horn Creek is a Christian camp and conference center located outside Westcliffe, Colorado at 9500 feet in the Sangre de Cristo range of the Rocky Mountains. It is a camp with a 50+ year history of ministry to families, youth and other Christian groups. Annual revenues are about $2.5M. Additional information is available at www.horncreek.org.

The successful candidate will be selected based on the following desired qualifications:

1 Timothy 3, Elder qualified
Experience in Christian camping
Called to minister in alignment with the Horn Creek mission / vision
Strong leadership experience
Strong business experience
Love for living in a rural mountain environment
Visionary leadership
Financial management disciplines
Organizational development skills
