We are recruiting a Director of International Sales who wants to leave a legacy with one of our remarkable companies, Valley Rubber LLC.
Valley Rubber manufactures premium-grade rubber compounds that serve the specific needs of each of their customers. They primarily serve the mining and aggregate market, but are capable of providing creative molding solutions to a wide variety of industries. As they continue to expand their domestic and international presence, there is a high need for like-minded leaders to join the momentum and maintain the distinct Valley Rubber culture.

Responsibilities of Director of International Sales:
- Organize and develop the global sales presence in the mining and aggregate market
- Manage and increase sales team
- Track and manage open opportunities, customer issues, and market trends
- Assist in developing a sustained marketing plan
- Create and nurture corporate relations with industry leaders

Sales Manager experience in a complex market would be preferred, but not necessarily in the mining/aggregate field. An ability to be effective and comfortable working with a variety of different cultures and scenarios is critical. The understanding and fit within the Valley Rubber culture is of upmost importance and vital to long term success.

Training & Development
Primarily, one-on-one time with key members of the organization will provide an orientation to current processes and procedures. Field visits to current customers will also serve as training opportunities.
Location: Falkville, Alabama (near Huntsville/Decatur area)
Total first-year compensation: $120,000-150,000
**Due to the timing of this opportunity and increasing international presence of Valley Rubber,
there is high potential to have substantial gains in compensation based on performance of the
individual and sales team year after year.
