Job Description:

Description - The Client Services Associate plays a critical role in the back-office. With responsibility for the day to day back-office details, the Client Services Associate helps ensure clients have a wonderful experience at Aspect Wealth. We have experienced professionals that will train you and work to give you a detailed understanding of how we do business.


Responsibilities & Activities:

  • Greets clients and makes them feel comfortable when they visit the office
  • Works with motivated, industry-leading advisors to provide exceptional service to our clients
  • Handles incoming phone calls
  • Coordinates client meetings
  • Orders and handles office supplies
  • Processes new accounts and account transfers
  • Processes new contributions and withdrawals from investment accounts
  • Processes beneficiary changes

  • Undergraduate Degree
  • Previous securities industry experience
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63
