Job Description:
The CBO will be responsible for developing a comprehensive business/financial plan for the agency that will help determine cost centers for budgeting and forecasting financial planning. The plan will be developed as a team with the agency management and clinical team for approval by the CEO and Board of Directors. The CBO will be head of the Dept. of Financial Planning and Accounting and will supervise the Acct. Specialist. Experience with working within the organizational structure of a non-profit agency is a plus. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a sense of humor and flexible attitude. Must be mission-oriented with a consistent and vital daily walk with the Lord Jesus Christ. More detailed job description available upon request.
