Mega Clinics is the umbrella under which several sports education businesses operate -- Glazier Football Clinics, eLearningFlix, and PGC/Glazier Basketball Clinics. The most prominent among these businesses is Glazier Football Clinics.
Glazier Clinics has been delivering coaches the best in football education since 1976. Glazier’s two core products are the on-site coaching clinics and the members-only website, Glazier Clinic Online. Glazier’s 34 football coaching clinics take place in
31 major U.S. markets. More than 35,000 coaches attended in 2013.
Through the eLearningFlix.com avenue, Mega Clinics provides unlimited access to training videos through a subscription service that allows members to stream content through several websites. The third Mega Clinics sports education business is PGD/Glazier
Basketball Clinics, known for developing high school and college athletes through intense, no-nonsense basketball camps.
The Director of Business Development position encompasses sales, account management, team management, and the customer experience. Critical to this position’s success is the ability to:
- Guide continued growth and profitability through the development and execution of thoughtful, strategic sales and account management plans
- Manage the Account Management Team while also maintaining direct responsibility for key accounts
- Contribute to the executive leadership of the organization through senior management level thinking, skill and presence
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or other related field of study is preferred. 5 - 10 years of sales and sales management experience required.
- Proven ability in sales, digital marketing and sales management
- History of participating in executive level strategy and decision-making
- Outstanding verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
