Job Description:
This position, located in Scottsdale Arizona, reports to the Vice President of Gift Planning and Foundations. Under general supervision of the Vice President, you will coordinate the development and fundraising activities and objectives related to charitable foundations and/or organizations. Responsibilities include submitting letters of inquiry, grant proposals and supportive correspondence to public, private and community charitable foundations, and researching, identifying and developing new prospects and new funding sources. Additional duties include timely reporting of funded projects and program activities to team leader, and maintaining organized foundation files and database system.

At least four years of related experience with grant writing, submission and proposals required. Proven written, interpersonal, analytical and research skills required. Ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information and matters related to external constituencies is paramount. Windows XP and MS Office skills required.
