Vanderbloemen Search Group is a retained executive search firm that creates connections between Kingdom expanding organizations and great future team members. Vanderbloemen serves organizations in all parts of the United States, as well as internationally.
The firm has multiple locations across the United States. Central offices are located in the heart of Houston, TX. Our vision is to serve the Body of Christ by building a company that helps growing churches and ministries across the globe find great staff and
to become the premier resource for team and talent solutions in the Kingdom.
Over the last year, Vanderbloemen has experienced explosive growth as a firm. In anticipation of continued growth, Vanderbloemen is hiring a Candidate Relations Associate. The Candidate Relations Team (CRT) serves as an organizational backbone for all types
of candidate communication and research at the firm. The CRT interfaces with hundreds of candidates each week, maintaining relationships via email, phone, Skype, and occasionally in person. Prompt, courteous and thoughtful responses to candidates are of the
utmost importance to the business and ministry of the firm. The primary goal of the CRT is to support the live searches of our Executive Search Consultants. This includes, but is not limited to, candidate coordination, resume evaluation, phone interviews,
internal and external research, and providing general operational support.
The CRT is highly collaborative, and the successful candidate will be a team player and organizational builder with an entrepreneurial spirit. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required, and seminary training is a plus. The
successful candidate will likely have experience working in a church or para-church ministry. Proven experience in leadership, creative thinking, problem solving, and organizational development is needed.
The Vanderbloemen team loves their city. You'll often find us hanging out together at a local restaurant together after work. Houston is the fourth largest city in the United States and the largest city in the state of Texas. Houston is the home of the Texas
Medical Center - the world's largest concentration of healthcare and research institutions - and NASA's Johnson Space Center, where the Mission Control Center is located. Rated as a global city, Houston's economy has a broad industrial base in energy, manufacturing,
aeronautics, and transportation. It is also leading in health care sectors and building oilfield equipment; only New York City is home to more Fortune 500 headquarters. Houston has an active visual and performing arts scene in the Theater District and offers
year-round resident companies in all major performing arts.
