Job Description:

A Christian Bilingual School in Jesus de Otoro, Intibucá Honduras is looking for English teachers as a second Language. The town is small, peaceful and friendly. It is accessible to other parts of Honduras by bus or a car. It has the telephone, internet, electricity and running water service.

Georgetown School was founded 18 years ago with the objective of giving the opportunity of learning a second language to kids who are less privileged. That way we make education more accessible. The school recently has its own building which is very neat and nice to work in. The working environment is friendly and nice too. We are looking for teachers willing for Science, English (reading, spelling , grammar) and also teachers for Social Science and Health. Those who are willing to get involved, with open mind, but specially Servants of the Lord. The students groups range from 4 to 13 students ages 6 to 13. Grades 1 to 8.

We offer a basic salary of $3,000 lempiras for teacher own expenses, L3,000 lempiras for groceries and L500.00 for traveling which makes a total of L.6,500.00.

The school has some apartments near the school where some of the teachers can live and others will share a houe withthe host family.
