Job Description:

To support Business Development Manager (& Country Head)  to meet & achieve sales goals.  Assist with all efforts related to customer sales and promotion of Privi Organics USA Inc,  its products & presence, in North & South America.  

 

Direct Supervisor is Business Development Manager, however may work directly with Country Head and cooperatively with other internal administrative associates to support all business operations of Privi Organics USA

 

Duties to include but not limited to;  

  • Receive & process customer orders  
  • Track & summarizes sales data
  • Generate sales reports
  • Assist in creating customer & product presentations
  • Track & Follow  customer development (samples, presentations, etc)
  • Work with internal administrative executive & other business partners to efficiently serve customers
  • Assist in resolution of customer issues/problems
  • Travel with Business Development Manager or Country Head on periodic basis to assist in sales 
  • Manage selected customer relations (promote & support direct sales for account portfolio)
