This position is established to oversee the supervision, oversight and administration of the residential treatment. All operations and function will be within the parameters established by the President and CEO, Board of Directors and applicable regulatory, accrediting and statutory guidelines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBIITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned within Family Connection Inc.
Provide program leadership consistent with the philosophy of Triple L Youth Center, licensing standards, and professional ethics.
To oversee all staff employed at Triple L Youth Center which includes building a team through employment, supervising and evaluating. To coordinate and facilitate staff by creating a positive working environment through nurturing by equipping, communicating and use of conflict resoloution as support tools.
Coordinate and provide staff training and development.
All recruiting and hiring of clinical and direct staff must be within budget and approved by President.
Create processes and procedures for all areas of management within the residential treatment programming including staff and youth in treatment.
To create and nurture an intentional partnership between all agencies under Family Connection and/or Triple L Youth Center.
Maintain a positive working relationship within local community to develop network to meet the needs of the youth through Triple L Youth Center.
To create and nurture an intentional partnership with agencies that support and use programming with Triple L Youth Center.
Partnership with President/CEO and Board of Directors to participate with vision designing strategies to implement vision for Family Connection,Inc. through Triple L Youth Center.
Assessing needs and analyzing existing program to meet the needs of the agency.
Develop, monitor and provide sound fiscal management of residential treatment program's budget.
Fiscal management including develop and monitoring yearly budget.
Maintain internal record keepings along with external record keeping such as state and local requirement for reports.

Excellent interpersonal skill - comfortable and confident in one-on-one exchanges.
Ability to comfortably interact with business and legal worlds including different government agencies and relate effectively with individuals of diverse ethnic and cultural background.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Masters Degree in social work and licensed by State of Indiana
Excellent computer Skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Computer-literate, must be able to extract and undrstand data over entire range of corporate structure, use of computer as analytical tool (ability to learn)
5 years management experience in non-profit executive leaderhsip of Human Services Agency.
Experience in negotiation of treatment contracts.
Strong verbal and written conmmunication skills.
Develop and facilitate training programming for staff and youth in treatment
Ability to publicly speak in roles of training and public relations.
