Job Description:
Duties include:

Lead and oversee all of operations with primarily focuses on the general cleaning and janitorial phase ensuring customer satisfaction with cleaning quality, employee satisfaction, efficiency and growth; safety and risk management; and account coverage.

Adhering to and administering all applicable policies, practices and procedures, and striving to further the company mission and uphold the company philosophy.

Labor Management and Control: Budgeting and Reports; Manage 5 - 10 Area Managers and/or Unit Managers and Supervisors, who supervise a total of 40+ employees in Special Services, Operations, Fill-in, and Supply.

Provide and model leadership.

Continually assess the effectiveness of operations.

Direct and/or assist managers in the development of staff; training, succession training and planning; actively pursue personal growth for self and staff. Appraising employee performance; administering reward system and discipline of employees.

Prepare and administer new account start-ups; yearly account reviews; and account security.

Customer relations: Addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Minimum experience: 2+ years overseeing 5+ management and supervisory staff; staff development; planning; budgeting; report generation; reasoning ability; meet physical demands to perform your duties (includes regularly lifting 25-50 lbs.).
