1. Finance Director
a. Preparation of annual budget for SCBI and BFI and reporting of same to the respective BOD.
b. Handle relations with financial institutions, including any external financings.
c. Handle interface with external auditors.
d. Responsible for all reporting to financial authorities for financial information i.e. IRS, U. S. Dept. of Labor, Indiana Department of Revenue, County taxing authorities etc.
e. Provide financial information to other functions to assist them in their assigned responsibilities.
f. Develop and implement policies regarding financial matters and internal controls.
g. Oversee Human Resource function.
h. Oversee information and communications systems.
i. Supervise accounting associate, accounting assistant, and information systems consultant.
j. Other financial projects i.e. grant request financial reports, capital asset purchases etc.
k. Human Resources Director - policies, performance evaluations, job descriptions, etc.
o. Oversee management of the executive offices.
a. Certified Public Accountant or Lawyer
b. 10 or more years of relevant experience
c. Bachelors minimum with Masters preferred
d. Training and/or certification in personal financial and/or estate planning.
e. Maintains a minimum of 40 hours "Continuing Professional Education" annually.
