Guest Services Manager

The guest services manager position requires excellent written and spoken communication with leadership, staff and guests and courteous customer service to a diverse clientele in a retreat setting. The maintenance of calendars and schedules of events, and set up and inspection of buildings, facilities, and grounds are also necessary responsibilities of this position.
Other tasks may include maintaining inventory, ordering, researching, answering phones, keeping records, preparing reports, providing assistance in AP, AR, and light bookkeeping, event planning and programming, providing administrative assistance and working with computers and office equipment. Flexibility in work schedule and the ability to work in a variety of areas and departments is needed.
On-site housing available as needed as well as monthly salary of $1670+, depending on experience. Some meals will be provided during work shift. Medical and vision benefits available.
