Job Description:
The Director of Technology is a multifaceted position including responsibility for seeing that the underlying infrastructure supports the Home Office technology systems including Servers, Switches, Routers, Power, Security and Malware protection as well as overseeing the Development environment, Software, and Applications related to FCA's intranet and supervising the FCA Help Desk.

This position reports to the Chief Information Officer and conducts all responsibilities consistent with FCA Vision, Mission, Values and FCA policies and procedures.

Agreement with FCA's Statement of Faith.
10 Years experience in computer related positions.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency in Windows (server and client OS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Lotus Domino preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint is beneficial
Understanding of Microsoft .NET Framework. Some programming experience in C# or Visual Basic.
Understanding of computer hardware and its operation.
Good technical writing aptitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable doing presentations before groups of staff.
Ability to successfully perform duties in a fast-paced work environment.
College degree in computer science or related field.
Good understanding of Workflow and Application Development process.
