Canadian International Education Organization (CIEO) is looking for motivated Christian individuals who would like to serve the Lord through a professional international experience. Our company is growing and provides a significant opportunity to develop professionally as well as offers an amazing cross-cultural adventure and ministry opportunity. Take a year off and come teach with us!

Based in Guangzhou China, the focus of the position will be teaching English as a Foreign Language to Chinese children.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Teaching 20 - 24 hours per week
Tracking the development of the students
Interacting with the parents
Attending regular staff meetings
Demonstrate professionalism and come to class prepared and on time

Experience working or volunteering with children
Have experience or be willing to learn a form of the Total Physical Response Method
Be willing to travel to China and live in a cross-cultural setting

Assets (not required but would be a benefit):
International travel and cross-cultural living experience
A diploma or degree in any field of study
TESOL/TESL certification
Proven ability to work on a team
Proven ability to take initiative

CIEO Offers:
A competitive salary for teaching English in China (between 7000-10000RMB/month)
Assistance to find housing in nice two bedroom apartments
Visa assistance to obtain your (z) visa to teach
Opportunity to learn a Chinese language
Subsidized airfare upon completion of the contract (between 10000-12000RMB)
Meals are provided for all teachers at the schools every day
