Samaritan's Purse/Operation Christmas Child is seeking a talented, energetic follower of Christ for available Associate Administrative Assistant positions. This role provides an exciting opportunity for capable, self-starters to provide administrative support within one of the Operation Christmas Child regional offices nationwide.


Locations available are: Xenia, OH; Columbia, MD; Alpharetta, GA; Albany, NY; Hurst, TX

Associate Administrative Assistant (AAA) is responsible for providing administrative support during Operation Christmas Child's promotional season. The Associate Administrative Assistant will support the Regional Office by performing a variety of administrative duties.

Responsibilities include:
* Answering phones in a timely and gracious manner
* Developing and maintaining spreadsheets
* Tracking drop-off location data and processing paperwork
* Entering and maintaining volunteer information in a database
* Fulfilling promotional material order requests
* Preparing and mailing a variety of correspondence
* Monitoring and responding to email inquiries in a timely manner
* Assisting in scheduling groups to serve at a Processing Center

The AAA role is a seasonal, temporary position that has variable start and end dates depending on office location.

Qualified candidates will have administrative and organizational experience, strong interpersonal proficiency, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Competency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook are required.

Position requires an Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school. Candidate will possess six-months to one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong candidates will also adhere to the Samaritan's Purse statement of faith and be committed to the mission and vision of Operation Christmas Child.
