Job Description:
Are you a gifted marketer and dedicated Christian believer who wants to make a significant impact working for a non-profit Christian educational institution? ECS has been Educating children in the Christ-inspired, joyful pursuit of excellence since 1969 and is excited to be seeking our first full time Sales & Marketing Director to take us the next 40 years. We recently purchased our school property and have a fantastic church partner meeting on our campus every Sunday, so the time is right to put a multi-year growth plan into action.

Primary Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement a long term marketing strategy and growth plan for ECS working with the school board, PTF, marketing advisory committee, school staff and ECS families.

2.Execute demand generation and family retention programs like "Family Ambassador" and "Bridge Building" while considering an innovative marketing mix of online, print, event, broadcast media, etc for maximum ROI.

3.Create and consistently implement a lead nurturing process and contact management to provide prospective families the best possible experience ultimately resulting in improved lead-to-enrollment success rates.

4.Oversee and steward Marketing & Enrollment process from lead generation to final closing.

5.Develop programs that retain students and create an environment where our students can seamlessly transition to Christian High School.

6.Create systems to track results of marketing activities.

7.Note: Because this is a new position, duties and assignments may be modified as needed to best serve both the applicant and the school.

Undergraduate or graduate degree (Business or Marketing major preferred)

2-5 years experience responsible for developing marketing strategy, planning and tactical execution

A person who combines marketing strategy with hands on execution and can utilize external resources as required, while developing other material themselves

A self starter with an ability to work independently in an environment with little internal marketing expertise

Excellent written and oral communications & presentation skills
