Inspiration Media, Inc. in Seattle, Washington has an opening for a KNTS Director of Operations.  This station targets the large and growing Hispanic audience interested in family-friendly, positive programming, and you can utilize your sales-intensive Hispanic ministry development skills to make the world a better place. We need a proven radio professional who can develop relationships with churches, their pastors and congregations and a leader that can mentor and build their staff to be the best they can be!

Salary:                                    Salary plus commission is available for exceptional performance along with a full benefits package and a positive work environment. This is a Salary, Exempt position


Duties:                                     Networks with the local pastoral community

Build Relationships with area churches to enhance their ministry via radio

Represent KNTS at local ministry events such as church conferences, pastoral seminars and other forms of community outreach

Plans, schedules and coordinates as well as solicit sponsors for the radio station’s own ministry and community events (ie: Pastors Appreciation Luncheon, concerts, special events and radio ministry seminars)


Requirement of

Position:                                  Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish), Two years managerially experience.  Minimum (2) years of Sales experience. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet.


Personality Traits:                 Flexible, organized, team-minded, high-energy individual with good organizational skills. Able to work with little supervision. Excellent written and verbal skills are a must with the ability to adapt to a changing and challenging environment.
