Job Description:

Church Resource Ministries (CRM), a global ministry with more than 400 staff in 25 countries, is looking for someone to fill the role of Ministry Partner Liaison.   The ideal candidate should be an effective time manager with problem solving and decision-making skills, successful customer service experience, excellent relational skills, a high attention to detail, and sound computer and systems experience.  Experience in a nonprofit or ministry environment is preferred. 


Job Responsibilities:

As the main point of contact for the Partner Development Team concerning the financial giving of CRM’s ministry partners, the Ministry Partner Liaison is primarily responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely responses to ministry partner and staff inquiries, the accurate documentation of ministry partner contact and giving information, and correspondence to ministry partners to acknowledge gifts.  In addition, the liaison provides general support to the Development team during busy event times and with other projects and duties as assigned.


Required Personal Qualifications:

Qualified applicants must possess the ability to develop rapport and inspire trust with others, have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and hold to the beliefs and values of the organization.


Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree is preferred.  High School diploma with some college coursework demonstrating post-secondary reading and writing skills is required.
