Job Description:
The Senior Trust Administrator will be responsible for both client/customer service and administration of accounts; specifically, account maintenance; internal controls; client contacts/reporting/coordinating client will filings; client final 1040 tax filings; asset collections; and trust tax preparation. The position will report to the Vice President for Administration. The Senior Trust Administrator must be able to foster a cooperative team environment, handle diverse responsibilities and be able to work independently. Additionally, the position will be responsible for actively participating in the leadership of Covenant Trust Company, giving input on strategic planning and maintaining a portfolio of around 600-700 accounts.
