SPRUCE LAKE, a growing, vibrant Christian retreat center, summer camp and outdoor education center in the Pocono Mountains of northeast Pennsylvania, is looking for a Food Service person excited about helping to point people toward Christ! Apply skills related to all aspects of food production to ensure high quality meal service for 22,000 or more guests each year. We're looking for someone at least age 21, who has experience in food preparation, purchasing, sanitation, equipment usage/maintenance, risk management, and supervision. Must be certified in ServSafe, basic First Aid and CPR (can also complete our own training course within the first 6 months.) The Head Chef/Cook is accountable to the Food Service Manager.
