Job Description:
Primary purpose:

The Product Manager is responsible for product planning and marketing. Manage the product thru the product lifecycle, gather/prioritize product/customer requirements, define the product vision, work with Product Development to deliver winning products, and work with sales to deliver revenue.


-Define the product strategy for assigned product lines encompassing existing product and new product development, understanding competitive environment.
-Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.
-Develop compelling sales tools and collateral that are fact-based.
-Act as a leader within the company, communicating the plan & performance throughout the organization.
-Coach and develop staff.


Candidates must:
-Be well-versed in marketing, finance, negotiations, strategy.
-Be influential and get things done without direct authority over functional areas.
-Communicate clearly and concisely.
-Be able to multi-task and complete tasks on time.
-Be well-organized.
-Have 4+ years customer marketing experience.

-MBA degree preferred.
