About Our Client: 

Our Client exists to help entrepreneurs succeed. They focus on helping businesses create recurring revenue in their business through membership sites. 

 

We are recruiting a Customer Care Specialist for our client, Business Rocket (The Rocket Company). The Customer Care Specialist implements all customer care strategies, both reactive and proactive. From helping customers with technical issues to writing hand written notes, the Customer Care Specialist would be involved in many different things. 

You have to love people and enjoy helping them. You need the ability to make decisions with the interest of all parties in mind. You would also need to be highly organized and efficient in everything that you do.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Aggressively respond to emails and calls within 24 hours. You are the first responder and the quarterback of concerns. If people have a question, you will answer it. If people have trouble logging into the members area, you will help them. You will go beneath the surface to find out how they are using the products and help them use it better. 
  • Manage Google Phone Service. Respond to all customer service related voicemails within 24 hours. Manage settings (change greeting, holiday settings, etc.).                   
  • Maintain familiarity with our products in order to respond to questions from potential customers.                            
  • Proactively manage member records and account information inside InfusionSoft to ensure proper communication and billing.
  • Be available during scheduled events and webinars to provide instant support.                                                            
  • Send personal emails, note cards and gifts to customers on their birthdays or key
    milestones.                                                            
  • Manage relationship with our shipping company, Molding Box, by confirming orders,
    shipping, deliveries, managing inventory, and communicating with finance team about projected inventory needs and shipping costs. 
  • Understand basic tasks in InfusionSoft (changing customer’s account info, updating credit card, adding a tag, etc) 
  • Not need someone to give them direction in their job. While we will work together, this
    person needs to be able to work independently and make things happen.                                         

 

Accountabilities and Measures: 

  • All customer inquires resolved within 24 hours.
  • All new customers receive personal note within 30 days.

 

EXPERIENCE:

• Understanding of InfusionSoft-like CRM system or proficiency to learn. 

• Ability and knowledge of the importance of following through

• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Schedule: 

  • You would work Monday – Friday, about 20 hours a week.
  • You would participate in weekly team meetings
  • You would stay in touch with your supervisor on a daily basis.
  • We have a flexible working environment however you will be expected to work in the office 80-90% of the time.

Compensation: 

  • Part-Time, 1099 Contractor, 10-15 hours a week, $12/hour!
