Job Description:
Residential treatment facility in southwest Missouri seeking child care staff for at-risk youth ages 7-21. Since 1982, this Ranch has helped over 300 boys graduate with a 92% success rate using Christian principles.

Affect in-depth change in the lives of at-risk boys, ages 7-21 through verbal communication as well as through example. Correct negative behavior and encourage positive behavior and improvement while maintaining a loving Christian environment which includes practicing tough-love, understanding and enforcing rules, consequences, and policies at the ranch. Supervision will also include planning activities and recreation, tutoring, conducting Bible stuies and teaching boys to work through problems and challenges that may arise in their lives during the day. Must have a strong desire to work with and live with troubled youth and be flexible in dealing with changes in planned activities.

Other Information: Applicants must be at least 21 years old; possess high school diploma or GED; work a minimum of 45-50 hours per week; some shift work may be required; parenting experience is preferred.
