Traffic Assistant – Full-Time for Central Florida
We are looking for a detail oriented individual with a professional attitude, who can multi-task and has exceptional computer skills. The position will act as support to the Traffic and Business Department and as a liaison between Sales Department
and production staff when appropriate.
The ideal Traffic Assistant will have strong computer skills. Diligence, attention to detail, and strong communication are essential.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Data Entry of contracts daily
Keep accurate records of all documents for a simple audit trail
Reconcile commercial logs daily
Perform general administrative duties including filing, faxing and copying
Assist General Manager as required.

Desired Skills and Experience
Experience with broadcast traffic/scheduling software a plus.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint.
Exceptional organizational skills and detail oriented.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast paced, rapidly-changing environment.
Previous experience in ad sales and/or traffic is a plus
Knowledge of Marketron & Deltaflex traffic systems & ENCO Automation system a plus.
