We are recruiting a Project Estimator who wants to leave a legacy with one of our remarkable companies. The Project Estimator would be responsible for managing the scope and budget of home projects. This position would provide takeoffs and estimates for new home construction. This position must be able to work with a team well and together drive efficient production as well as profitability.

Major Responsibilities: 

  • Create and maintain budgets for houses in assigned communities
  • Perform takeoffs using Planswift and use takeoffs for bidding work
  • Monitor construction budget and maintain Gross Margin expectations
  • Review purchase orders
  • Create change orders for customer changes 
  • Perform audit and site visits with building team to ensure takeoffs are correct

Base Pay: $50,000-$55,000
