Group is looking for a seasoned Ecommerce Manager (ECM) with a Bachelors Degree and/or at least 4-6 years of prior, relevant experience in a similar leadership role as ECM with documentable and demonstrable results, along with 3+ years supervisory experience. The ECM will lead a team in a supervisory capacity comprised of a web developer, web art director, web/email coordinator and marketing data analyst.

A typical day in this role will be meeting with various business areas utilizing your expertiese with SEO, SEM, CMS and shopping cart optimization, consulting with marketers and business area leaders on best practices to improve AOV and the user experience.

The ideal candidate will be equally excellent and articulate in their leadership as they are in their web marketing, having a sense of urgency and a strong, documented track record of excellent results. They should also have hands on experience with CMS, web development, design, and email marketing optimization.
