Pioneers is seeking an I.T. Support Analyst to serve on its Information Technology Team. We are looking for a well-organized, detail-oriented self-starter with a passion for providing excellent customer service. This person provides technical support for
field and home office staff as well as undertaking special IT projects on an as-needed basis.
The qualified candidate will demonstrate: a deep commitment to Pioneers’ core values and mission; excellent interpersonal/customer service skills; keen attention to detail; a willingness to expand working knowledge to support a wide range of technologies;
a commitment to understanding missionary circumstances and needs in the IT realm; experience with Microsoft and Macintosh software, and networking systems; proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software computing problems.
Based in the Pioneers headquarters in southeast Orlando near the international airport, this is a full-time position with benefits. Salary is commensurate with experience and role.
