Lake Lundgren Bible Camp had its first week of summer camp in 1935 and that week was described as providing “a real wholesome good time” for those who attended. We may use different words today, but our desire is still the same as those who founded the
camp. The camp is located near Pembine, WI with 120 acres on the north shore of Lake Lundgren amidst a stand of towering pines. The camp has grown to a year-round ministry serving about 4,000 guests annually over approximately 10,000 camper days. After

The Camp Director has the responsibility for 1.) modelling, upholding and communicating camp’s Statement of Faith, i.e., Creed, as occasion permits and 2.) the design, implementation and evaluation of camp ministries and provides leadership for operations,
promotion and fundraising. He will direct and manage a full, part-time and seasonal staff. This director will ensure the creation, development and ongoing effectiveness of all programs and activities through the assistance of qualified full-time missionary
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years Christian camping experience, or the equivalent (seminary training desirable); possess proven public relations and fundraising skills; have experience in camp operations management, or the
equivalent, including oversight of budgets; demonstrated effective interpersonal skills (shepherding skill desirable); possess strong conceptual and visionary competence; and most importantly have an active faith in in Jesus Christ and desire to see campers
come to know and grow in Him.
