Job Description:
The Web Developer will work with the IT manager and staff to develop all aspects of Christian Care Ministry websites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Elicit user requirements
Web user interface development and coding in C#
SQL Server 2005 database design and implementation
Software testing, deployment, and maintenance
Utilize CMS procedures with VSS
Work as part of a small development team
Other related duties as assigned by the IT manager

The ideal candidate will have good organization and communication skills and the ability to work independently. The development environment is Microsoft-based. The C# Web Developer will need to have knowledge of Visual Studio 2005 and .NET development in general.

Education and/or Experience:
Three plus years experience working in this capacity is required for the position. The candidate will have proven experience in C#, .NET 2.0 and 1.1 framework, Visual Studio 2005 IDE, IIS, VSS, ASP.NET Web sites and Web Services, JScript, XML, HTML, SQL Server 2005, TSQL stored procedures, etc. One should have a solid understanding of Microsoft technologies and architecture best practices, n-tiered development, OOA/OOD/OOP, and the full software development cycle.
