Position Description:
Assists the VPIT in the development and oversight of an IT technical architecture encompassing networks, local servers and applications, and Enterprise Systems.

Position Responsibilities:
Work with the VPIT and the leadership team in IT to develop, document, and maintain the technical architecture for all facilities and services provided by IT to Wycliffe USA and its Enterprise partners..
Implements corporate IT strategic plan to provide a functional and flexible technical architecture to support ministry needs.
Collaborates with partners in the development of systems for use by Wycliffe USA and its partners.
Works with business functional areas to jointly develop needed administrative information systems.
Manages the technical aspects of systems development and production..
Assists in developing, maintaining, and testing corporate and enterprise disaster recovery plans.
Participates in the development of the Wycliffe USA (corporate) IT strategic plan.
Collaborates with JAARS and other IT departments to ensure that the corporate IT plan supports enterprise needs, standards and processes.
Develops and assists others in utilizing a change management process to ensure appropriate use of technology.
Develops and assists other in developing strategies to provide reliable and adequate technological support.
Provide computer architecture support to enable Wycliffe USA to provide timely, accurate and relevant information concerning the needs and progress of Bible translation worldwide
