Dynamic Internet Solutions offers customers several design setup options for our CMS, as well as mobile versions of the desktop site. The position will include implementation of sites into our custom CMS, setup of the mobile version of the website, and technical
customer support. The majority of the work will be in doing implementations, or building the designed sites in our CMS. Mobile site and customer support work will be part of the position for a full time or closer to full time hire.
Duties will include:
>Implementing a variety of templated, themed, semi-custom and custom designs into our custom CMS. The processes vary for each type of setup, but includes working with the sliced assets/HTML/CSS files, converting and creating them as a website on our CMS.
>Setup of the mobile version of website
>Testing and review; cross browser/platform testing, CMS performance testing, and review to meet quality standards, code standards and customer design expectations
>Working with team members in the release of the new site, supporting team members and customers with troubleshooting and fixing issues
>Working within our customer support center to answer mobile site support questions
>Working in our customer support center to resolve general CMS questions / support tickets
