We are recruiting a Market Manager who wants to leave a legacy with one of our remarkable companies. 


The Market Manager will be leading a team of 8-15 sales people to sell AT&T U-verse products. He/ she will be responsible for all the training, motivation and leadership of his/ her team. You have to love people, enjoy sales, and have a passion to develop others!

  • Organizing AT&T leads for your team- directing each individual based on that
  • Interviewing potential new hires
  • Attending or conducting 30-minute impact training for entire team each week
  • Having one-on-one meetings with anyone needing more attention
  • Training new hires
  • Scheduling of observations with current team members for potential new trainees
  • In the field training: Show them how, allow them to shadow you and get them going on their own!
  • Reporting numbers at close of day.


40-50 hours per week. Closed on Sundays. 



Base pay: $36,000 ($3,000 per month plus commission)

Year 1 opportunity: $45,000-$70,000

Bonus Structure: Monthly bonus depending on team’s performance
