Job Description:
We have an excellent opportunity in southwest Rocky Mtn. area for a Group Practice Director, who is energetic, who has critical thinking, leadership, planning, developing, organizing, and implementation skills, to direct the day-to-day functions of three physician clinics with over 50 practitioners, meet regulatory standards and develop its programs and activities. Prior experience in a multi-facility/practice setting a must as is leading a group practice.

This position requires a Bachelors degree in nursing, health or business administration; Masters Degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years management experience in a healthcare setting with progressively increasing levels of responsibility. The candidate must have excellent computer skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across the continuum of customers. A team player that will work for the greater good of the organization & the integration of the clinic into the entire picture
