Job Description:

We are located near 7th Avenue and Bell Road.  


Weekly responsibilities:

Book keeping, using Quickbooks

Payroll, using ADP service

Cutting checks and doing deposits

Database management, using Servant Keeper

Proof reading

Communicating with vendors



Some necessary skills and attributes:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office



Good time management

Willingness to do whatever

Experience with a copier

Prayerful and dependant on God


Also graphic design skills, using Publisher an/or Photoshop would also come in handy.
