GENERAL
The organizations mission/vision, while very specific, are financially supported by a range of major donors, foundations, significant churches, and other specialized funding sources. Our mission is to help various sectors of the Global Evangelical Church work together as the Body of Christ.

The bookkeeper/data entry person plays a key role in turning the ministrys vision and programs into reality by helping develop and execute the internal operations to a consistently high standard of performance.

PERSONAL QUALITIES
This person will have a personal, mature faith, a heart for ministry, preferably with an international interest. It is also helpful to have an understanding of the not for profit milieu and the donor/organization relationships.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Works with the Associate Director and the administrative Assistant in this small four person office located in downtown Edmonds, WA

She/he will have a minimum of 4 years experience and proven capability with Quick Books. She/he will also have the ability to handle different types of data bases including the importing and exporting of data between various programs. General administrative duties will also be included such as but not limited to filing, word processing, PowerPoint presentations and calendar maintenance.
