Pioneers is seeking an experienced Receipting Manager to serve in its USA headquarters. The Receipting Manager leads a team of 8 to ensure efficient processing of donations while providing excellent customer service to our donors and Advancement
Team. We are looking for a leader with a positive attitude, good team building skills, and a process improvement orientation to support our growing organization.
The qualified candidate will demonstrate: a firm commitment to Pioneers’ core values and mission; strong customer service orientation, and an ability to enthusiastically support the fundraising efforts of Pioneers; proven ability to manage a team and multiple
projects; a systems mindset with strong initiative to improve on existing processes; an aptitude for technology with solid skills in MS Office Suite programs, especially Excel and Word; experience with donor software is a plus; excellent analytical and problem
solving skills; effective communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude; proven ability to train others in new software and processes. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and 5 years relevant experience are required.
Based in southeast Orlando near the international airport, this is a full-time position with benefits. Salary is commensurate with experience and role.
