Job Description:

Tyndale House is excited to offer two newly created positions as a result of our alliance with NavPress  (a division of The Navigators)!  Tyndale House will be providing sales, marketing, manufacturing, and distribution services for all NavPress book lines and also a position for their book line. This is a wonderful  opportunity for individuals seeking to use their marketing and product development skills as well as managing the life cycle of individual products.


The two positions will be responsible for analyzing and developing a 3-5 year rolling growth strategy and marketing plan for the product line.  Developing and implementing product and content plans, manage product life cycle of individual products, and effectively interacting cross departmentally to develop graphics, advertising, and promotions.  Other skills needed to be successful in either position would be excellent communications; relationship building; research; maintaining budgets; and a collaborative team approach!


Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.  MBA with an emphasis in Marketing will be a plus!  A minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing and/or sales with experience developing and implementing strategic marketing plans (samples are required); product development; and advertising implementation.  Familiarity with the CBA and/or publishing industry would be highly valued for this position.
