We are a Christian owned company who has an exciting and very unique opportunity for a caring, professional, hard working individual. The candidate will be based from their home office (with training and monthly meetings in our headquarters) which can be in the Maryland, Delaware, Northern VA, or south/central PA area and will call on long term care facilities in Maryland (high concentration in the Baltimore area).

We are the exclusive provider of a new program and method of service delivery to increase quality of life and overall health of long term care residents. This service is at no cost to the facility, the resident or their family, rather a government funded program. This makes for a smooth presentation to the facility administrator or Director of Nursing. In addition to enrolling new facilities in the program, this position allows the account manager to act as a liaison between the service delivery team, the residents, and facility staff. Several candidate profiles would interest us: a professional with a medical/long term care clinical background or a sales professional who would be comfortable calling on nursing home Administrators/ Director of Nursing. We will train the qualified candidate; however, the person must possess self motivation, patience, dependability, and honesty. We feel very fortunate in this time of economic uncertainty to be able to not only remain stable as a company but experience steady growth in all of our business units.

The position includes salary plus bonus, medical insurance, 401(k) with dollar for dollar corporate match, sick/vacation. For a dedicated person, this position can provide substantial income and a sense of satisfaction while helping others. Realistic first year income is 50,000 to 75,000, based on performance with year to year income increase from new and renewal business.
