Vanderbloemen Search Group is a retained executive search firm that creates connections between Kingdom expanding organizations and great future team members. Vanderbloemen serves organizations in all parts of the United States, as well as internationally. The firm has multiple locations across the United States. Central offices are located in the heart of Houston, TX. 


The new Candidate Relations & Research Associate will work closely with the Director of Candidate Relations & Research to serve as the initial face of the firm for all new candidates that encounter our process. This role will support the rest of the Vanderbloemen Team in candidate research, candidate follow up and processing, and overall operational support for the Vanderbloemen process. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, an unusual ability to multitask, strong relational skills, and a high degree of discernment.


All Vanderbloemen employees must demonstrate an ability to work in and adapt to a fast paced, high growth environment. The Candidate Relations & Research Associate will possess a refined ability to proactively engage potential candidates as well as network in a high-responsibility, high-trust environment. The Candidate Relations & Research Associate must have an entrepreneurial spirit and be an organizational builder. The ideal candidate will likely have experience working in a church or para-church ministry. Proven experience in leadership, creative thinking, problem solving, and organizational development are needed.
