The Office Manager will serve as an organizational leader for VSG, overseeing the administrative team while supporting the entire office staff as needed, particularly Vanderbloemen’s C.O.O., Ben Homesely. The Office Manager must have an entrepreneurial spirit
and be an organizational builder. He or she will have excellent administrative skills with an innate attention to detail. They must possess a propensity for "yes" with the ability to gracefully multi-task and manage several projects at once. Duties range from
handling invoicing and expenses, corresponding with clients regarding financial accounts, to managing office supplies and event planning.
The ideal candidate will have a natural leadership ability to guide the administrative team, while possessing initiative to foresee needs and improve upon the administrative processes of VSG. Prior experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant in
a business or ministry setting is ideal. Proven experience in creative thinking, problem solving, and organizational development are needed, as the Office Manager will have new projects present themselves on a daily basis.
