Remi Vista, Inc. is seeking an individual to serve as the Executive Director of a Northern California Social Services/Behavioral Health organization. The Corporate headquarters are located in Redding, California with sub-offices in El Dorado Hills, Chico,
Mt. Shasta, Crescent City, and Eureka. The annual budget is approximately $13,000,000.00. Remi Vista employs over 280 employees to provide services in a multiple array of programs for children, adults, and families. Programs include foster care for children,
group homes and crisis residential programs for developmentally disabled children, supported living programs for DD adults, community based clinical services for children and adults, therapeutic behavioral services, and transitional housing for young adults.
Remi Vista is a Christian based organization, governed by a Board of Directors, an Executive Director, an Executive Team, District Directors, and Program Managers.
Remi Vista is seeking an individual with the education and experience to assume leadership of this multifaceted organization. This individual should have a Master's degree or its equivalent, with preference given to an individual with extensive experience
in nonprofit organization management. The Executive Director serves a major roll in community relations and fund raising, while maintaining an entrepreneurial approach to growth and development.
