Salem LA Office Assistant
Reports to: Office Manager
Shift/Hours: This is a FULL-TIME, 40 hour per week position Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Compensation: Starts at $13.00 and will be based on previous experience. Includes paid medical, dental, 401K plan, Cafeteria Flex-Benefit plan, paid vacation and sick time, paid parking.
Our position requires someone outgoing, personable and willing to learn in a fast paced environment. Requires a working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook software, as well as excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be detail oriented. Some experience preferred. High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
Job Responsibilities Departmental Relationships:
This position works closely with various
departments including Traffic, Sales, Creative Services, Front Office and other departments.
