Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Client Service Assistant in our Charlotte, NC office who has experience working in a professional environment, is highly organized and is detail oriented. Requirements for this position include experience with Microsoft Office as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The CSA position covers a wide range of responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Processing new accounts, Fidelity applications, engagement letters, and various account admin
  • Manage client billing, Team's Current Income Projections (CIP), and Quarterly Investment Report (QIR) processing
  • Assist with client service needs
  • Maintaining calendar for manager, schedule client meetings, and file expense reports for manager
  • Office management including answering phones, receiving and mailing packages, ordering team supplies, copying, printing, scanning and filing 
  • Manage BluePort (client online access portal)
  • Office machines and technology troubleshooting including phones, internet, copiers and printers

This position requires a minimum of four (4) years prior experience in administrative support, customer service, or accounting experience. A bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field, and prior experience in a support role in a financial, investment, banking or accounting firm, is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will be comfortable in a fast paced environment that requires flexibility and responsiveness. Priority will be given to local candidates.
