Job Description:
The House DC ( is a faith-based youth outreach program located in Southeast Washington, DC in the community of Anacostia.
This position works closely with the President & CEO.  Responsibilities include:  coordinate fundraising events, schedule meetings and tours, as well as maintain appointment calendar.  Build relationships with donors and increase donor base.  Work with designers to develop materials, as well as coordinate printing and graphics for mailings.  Maintain files and update social media information such as Facebook, Twitter, Constant Contact, etc.  Liaison with groups and individuals to maintain prayer lists and updates. Follow up with volunteers and organize orientations. In addition, respond to inquiries, backup for CFO to assist with processing account payables and donations, and maintain files. 
This is a part-time position (25 hours a week), but may turn to full time.  Need experience in Fundraising.  Proficient in Powerpoint and Word, and comfortable with Excel and databases.  Ability to adapt, flexible, and can work well in a team atmosphere.  Excellent communication skills a must and strong writing skills a plus.  Salary depends on experience.  Contact and send resume to:
